Arldon Realty, LLC was founded in 2005, organized in the State of New York, to serve the New York Metropolitan Area Real Estate Market.
Sheldon E. Leibowitz, Founder and Managing Broker, has been active in the commercial and large scale residential real estate arena for over 40 years and is a leader in the Bay Shore Community. As a Senior Vice President in a NYC real estate development corporation, Shelly managed the operation of 3,000,000 square feet of office and retail space.

Recent success stories are the sale of a industrial building in the Hauppauge Industrial Park for a record price per square foot, and the sale of a 12,000 square foot retail building in Bay Shore which took two years of negotiations to mitigate and resolve several liens against the property.
Current projects include the sale of a 37,000 square foot medical office facility; plans to establish a micro brewery; the sale of a 159 slip marina; and the lease of several properties for a major convenience store chain and a restaurant chain.
